We hope you love your purchase from Astrea Jewellery, cherish and keep it, whether it’s a self-purchase or a special gift for someone.
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us.
Please kindly note, unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of earrings for normal hygiene reasons unless the item itself is faulty.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, with the attached jewellery stickers/tags still intact ( not removed) and correct packaging, within 14 days of receipt of the jewellery.
We can offer an exchange or full refund for the price you paid. We would strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the product purchased.
If you wish to return an item that was part of a promotional offer, bundle or set entitling you to either a discount or a free gift, you must also return any other promotional items in their original selling condition to obtain a refund.
There is no cash alternative to a free gift or discount. Neither gifts nor discounts are exchangeable for cash or for any other product or gift. Returns of free gifts on its own (regardless of condition) will not result in a refund or payment to you of any sort.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back correctly and proof of delivery verified. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Astrea’s discretion.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear or deliberate damaged will not be accepted as faulty.
Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Refunds do not include return postage costs.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges can be made at Astrea’s discretion for another style, through mailing your request to the below e mail prior to returning and depending on stock availability. Then, providing all the above criteria for returns is met.
